Stakeholder Engagement Plan

This plan defines a structured approach for identifying, informing, consulting, and engaging stakeholders, as well as capturing and integrating their feedback into the Ulaanbaatar Metro Project.

It serves as a key document to ensure transparent, inclusive, and continuous stakeholder engagement throughout all phases of the project (planning, construction, and operation).
